Vaporesso XROS PRO 2 Preview
Vaporesso XROS PRO 2 Preview: The Big-Battery XROS
A 2000mAh XROS with a 0.96-inch screen and lower-resistance pods in the box. The long-battery option in the range.

If the XROS 6 is the sensible default, the PRO 2 is the one for people who forget to charge things. On paper, the battery is the headline.
On paper: strengths
- 2000mAh battery
- Compatible with the universal XROS pod range
- 0.4Ω pods for a looser, warmer draw
- Magnesium-alloy body
On paper: questions
- Ships with lower-resistance pods — MTL purists may want 0.8Ω+
- Charging is 5V/2A rather than the XROS 6's faster spec
- Display usefulness to be confirmed
The XROS PRO 2 is the XROS for people whose main complaint about pods is charging them. Vaporesso lists a 2000mAh battery — more than the XROS 6 — in a magnesium-alloy body.
What’s inside
30W maximum output, a 0.96-inch TFT display and USB-C charging at 5V/2A. Vaporesso also highlights its COREX 3.0 coil technology in the pods.
Pods
In the box you’ll typically find 0.4Ω mesh pods (pod options vary by region), holding 3ml (2ml TPD). Because it uses the universal XROS system, you can swap to 0.6Ω–1.2Ω pods for a tighter draw. More on that in MTL and DTL.
Who it’s for
Heavier pod users, people who want a warmer restricted-lung draw, and anyone who’d rather charge twice a week than daily.
What we’ll be checking
- Real battery life at 0.4Ω
- How it compares with the XROS 6 day to day
- Pod consistency over a few weeks
